SHIPPING Info

All orders are shipped by Australia Post with 1-4 days of receiving your order.

Overpaid shipping fees will be refunded, sometimes this website doesn't get the shipping quote correct. Most parcels within Australia will cost between $6 - $10 depending on the size of the order. Larger items such as glass and tools can cost more.

If you think you've been overcharged and haven't received a refund of the overpaid amount after your order has been shipped and your tracking number supplied, please don't hesitate to reach out, angela@genschi.com.au

RETURNS? Yes

RETURNING FOR EXCHANGE?

Please email angela@genschi.com.au to discuss what you'd like to exchange.

Prepaid Label (Australia only) will be issued to help you return the unwanted item. It should be returned unused and in the original packaging.

The sending of the exchanged item/s will incur a new postage fee. 

Exchanges are available for Australian orders only. 

RETURNING FOR REFUND?

We can provide you with a Prepaid Label (Australia only) to help you get the item back to us. All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) plus $10.50 per return shipment and $5.00 per item handling and repacking fee. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 days of receipt of returned goods.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

International orders can be returned for a refund.

We do not offer a label service for international returns. Please return the parcel via your local postal service at your own expense.
